The Blue Ball Church is served by a team of ministers -- all bivocational -- who have been called out of the congregation to serve.
Senior Pastor - Galen Weaver
Galen was ordained in ministry in 2004 and has been in the position of Senior Pastor since March 2008. He and his wife, Janet, have been married for over 30 years. They have 4 daughters and 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. Galen works at Rohrer's Quarry as a concrete salesman.
"I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me - that Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said. He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, as the Scriptures said." 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (NLT)

Ron Good
Ron was ordained in ministry in 1981. He and his wife, Polly, have been married for over 50 years.
Together, they have one daughter, 3 grandchildren and are now the great grandparents to a great-granddaughter and a great-grandson. Ron has had various jobs over the years, but is now enjoying retirement!

Joel Hershey
Joel was ordained in the ministry in 1978. He and his wife, Jane, have been married for 40 years. They have 4 children and are the proud grandparents of 4 beautiful grandchildren. He has been employed by Shady Maple Farm Market for the past 29 years and currently serves as the Director of Perishables and Chaplain. Joel served as senior pastor for 9 years until Galen assumed that postion in March 2008.

C.B. Horst
C.B. was ordained in the ministry in 1969 and has served faithfully many years! He and his wife, Doris have been married 54 years. They have 6 children, 22 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 4 step-grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren. C.B. serves as a Chaplain at Dutch Valley Food Distributors, Inc. of Myerstown, Pa.

Quentin Rissler
Quentin was licensed for ministry in 2005 and completed the ordination process in August 2010. He and his wife, Darlene, recently celebrated 20 years of marriage and have 4 daughters, ages 7 - 18. Quentin is employed by Larson Design Group in their Lititz office as a project manager.

Jeff Stauffer
Jeff is the newest member on the leadership team and was licensed in October 2011. Jeff and his wife, Darlene, have been married for 8 years and are the busy parents of 4 sons. Jeff is employed by Weaver's Toasted Grains.

Aaron Weaver
Aaron was ordained in the ministry in 1971. Aaron has worked as a self employed farmer for many years. While Aaron is "retired" from preaching at Blue Ball, he remains active as the Pastor of Visitation and continues to bless all who need encouragement with his faithful visits.
Sadly, on November 7, he had to say goodbye to Judy, his beautiful and faithful wife of 54 years. Judy battled with cancer, always with a joyful spirit, and up to the very end, was always praising God for her many blessings. Together, they have 6 children, 21 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchilden.
